Welcome to Loughborough Town Hockey Club's website. Loughborough Town is a fast growing energetic club based in the East Midlands. With teams in a range of leagues with the 1st XI playing in the East Midlands Premier Division. LTHC strives to develop the potential of players of any level, whether they're 6 or 60, new or experienced.

Each week Loughborough Town Hockey Club fields six men's teams and 2 women's teams with regular fixtures for the Veteran's side and the Juniors. Home games are played on the National League standard water based and the high quality sand based astroturfs at Loughborough University.

Loughborough Town Hockey Club is a great place to make new friends, as well as play plenty of hockey. Whether its a club dinner or just relaxing in the pub after a Saturday's hockey, you're sure to find as much entertainment off the pitch as you are on it.

As an intergral part of any sport training is taken seriously at Loughborough Town Hockey Club. With many year's of combined hockey experience and training techniques, the coaches at LTHC will work to maximise the potential of all the club members. Training sessions are held on Monday nights for men's and women's 1st and 2nd teams and Wednesday nights for men's 3rds-6th teams with club players reguarly organising extra training sessions to work on fitness and agility.   • Mark Dipple takes on Paula !!

    I will be participating in the Great North Run on the 30th of September 2007. I am running in order to raise money for Traidcraft, and I would be very grateful for any sponsors.   • Club Day on the 19th May

    Club day will soon be arriving on Saturday 19th May. A fun day with mini tournament, drinks and a bbq. Please could you let either your team captain, Iain (i.a.lindsey@lboro.ac.uk) or Caz (carriejaye@yahoo.co.uk) know if you will be attending. Junior Competition 10am - 11.30am Senior Competition 10.30am - 4pm A £5 match fee will be required of all players to cover the cost of the pitch.

  • Bored in the summer...Play cricket!!

    The end of the season is fast approaching - are you starting to wonder exactly how your going to spend the weekends? Shopping with the missus? Watching indoor bowls on the telly? If there not for you and you fancy doing something semi-active come join me playing cricket for Woodhouse Eaves Cricket Club - the areas premier village cricket club! The hockey club also has its own cricket team L.T.H.C.C.C. we play a couple of friendly fixtures a year usually with a BBQ and beer.
