Juniors @ LTHC

Loughborough Town has had a strong youth development programme in recent years with experienced coaches providing children with a fun and friendly place to play. Both boys and girls from age 8 upwards are encouraged to play. No prior experience or skills are necessary because all standards are accommodated Coaches are all police checked before they begin working with young people.

The juniors are encouraged to progress as high as possible through the teams and suitable candidates are put forward for Leicestershire and Midland representation. As soon as children are strong enough to compete in the league we give them their chance to play with more experienced players to aid their development. The club also enters junior teams into competitions throughout Leicestershire.

Training

Junior training is all held on the EHB Sand Based Artificial Turf Pitch at Loughborough University. There are separate training sessions for young people of secondary and primary school age as follows:

Primary School Age
Every Sunday – 11am until 12 noon

Secondary School Age
Every Wednesday – 8pm until 9pm

Involvement

If you would like to be kept informed on up and coming youth sessions please feel free to get in touch we can accommodate children of all ages from 8 years upwards.
